Rising Trend of Abuse Cases Causing Some Difficulties For Counselors
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Kansas Bureau of Investigation reports that domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking cases rose to their highest level since 1992. Law enforcement statewide investigated 24,000 cases of these type crimes. Radke insists that they will find room. Typically there’s a thirty day period where Family Crisis Services will house victims in their shelter.
