US Senator Jerry Moran is concerned about what could result if the Food and Drug Administration takes this action.

Moran questioned FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg during testimony last week. The requirements under consideration would force restaurants, grocery stores and delivery eateries to put calorie counts on menus and take out containers.
