Richard lived in San Angelo, Texas as a child and then the family moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where he graduated from Ray High School. He attended A & I University in Kingsville, Texas. After his schooling he worked for Hughes Tool Company before opening his own Automotive Parts Business. In 1974 he moved to Finney County and became a lifelong farmer on the family farm- Riverside Ranch. He enjoyed fishing, country and blue grass music, reading World War II history and taking his family on vacations. Richard was well known with his family and friends for his story telling. He was preceded in death by his Parents & 1 Brother- Andy Webdell
