Reverse Job Fair Hopes to Produce Results For Applicants
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Mosaic, Finney County Workforce Connection and other agencies teamed up on Thursday for a Reverse Job Fair. This is where perspective employees sat at a table and companies visited the event instead of the way a typical job fair would work. Grady Jones is seeking some type of maintenance work.

The event was designed to help those with intellectual disabilities or applicants who could not find a job in the traditional way.
