Regional Water Meetings Set As Part of State Vision Plan

Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) One of the key components for developing the state’s fifty year vision for water was coming up with 14 regional use goals. That phase is about to start up and once again your input is needed.

Kansas Water Office Spokeswoman Katie Patterson-Ingels wants a solid backing for each regional plan.

The Upper Smokey Hills meeting is Wednesday at 1 from the 4H Building in Scott City and at 6 from the 4H Building in Tribune. Garden City’s meeting is Thursday March 12 at 6 from the Finney County Fairgrounds.
