Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) While Friday was KDOT’s Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day the numbers are so shocking that its worth going over them again.
KDOT spokesman Kirk Hutchinson knows even though we hear it all the time it’s worth relaying the message one more time.
Hutchinson also wants you to keep the focus on driving. Ninety percent of all crashes are caused by driver error.
