Projects KDOT Delayed Are Not Totally Scrapped
(westernkansasnews.com) There was a lot of concern last week when news came down KDOT was pushing aside a couple of construction projects in our area because of budget constraints. KDOT spokesman Kirk Hutchinson wants everyone to relax and focus on the big picture.
Word that KDOT has cut from 1,200 miles of work down to 200 a year is not entirely true either.
Hutchinson says the big projects they have already approved are still on the agencies radar.
