Probable Cause Determined in Plymell House Explosion
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Investigators have been working hard to make a determination into what caused Saturday’s house explosion at Plymell and US 83 that killed 17 year old Spencer Unruh and sent his 14 year old brother Riley and mother Kelly to a Wichita Hospital.
Garden City Fire Chief Allen Shelton says they will continue to investigate. Both Riley and Kelly Unruh are in the burn unit at Via Christi in critical condition.
