Primary Election Results (Updated 11:54 PM)
So far, four major races have been called for the state primary. In District 1 for the US House of Representatives race, the incumbent Roger Marshall has been declared the winner by the AP as of 8:44 pm, and in the Democratic race for Governor, Laura Kelly has been declared the winner as of 9:16 pm by the AP. In the District 4 for the US House of Representatives, Rep. Ron Estes has been declared the winner for the Republican nomination, while James Thompson was declared the winner for the Democratic nomination by the AP at 9:27 pm.
The GOP race between Kris Kobach and Jeff Colyer is too close to call. With 84% of precincts reporting, Koback leads Colyer by less than 1,000 votes.
