Police Investigating Tuesday Morning Robbery
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Early Tuesday morning around 1:30 police officers were called out to reported robbery on the 600 block of North 13th street. The investigation determined an 83 year old man heard a knock on the door and invited three other men inside his residence. The suspects then asked for alcohol or money. The older man said he did not have any. That is when one of the suspects forcefully removed the wallet and the men fled on foot.
The suspect who took the wallet is identified as a white man in his early 20’s and was wearing a black jacket and tan pants. Anyone with information is asked to call Garden City Police.
