Outside Organizations Feeling Pinch of Government Cuts

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County Commissioners have completed the budget process for this year, but in order to keep the mill levy from rising some organizations that receive county funding had to make a sacrifice.

Commission chairman Larry Jones knows that has put some groups in a tight squeeze.

Jones expects to have the same problem in crafting next year’s budget.
