One injured after accident in Haskell County
HASKELL COUNTY – One person was injured after an accident that occurred just before 11:30 A.M. Wednesday in Haskell County.
The crash occurred on U56 at County Road OO in Haskell County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Dora Rios-Calzadillas, 27, Tyrone Ok, was driving a 2011 Chevy Traverse when she struck a 2016 Ford Fiesta driven by Rhonda Rogers, who was attempting to slow down to make a left turn. The Chevy struck the Ford in the rear bumper, overturning the Chevy into the south shoulder. Both vehicles came to a rest in the north ditch.
One person was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
