Oklahoma City and Denver Drop Road Games
Oklahoma City saw their 12-game win streak come to an end last night in a 99-93 loss Thursday night to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Kevin Durant led all scorers with 33 points. The Thunder have the weekend off, as they will host the Miami Heat Tuesday in a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals.
Corey Brewer had 13 points and nine rebounds in a losing cause, as the Denver Nuggets fall to the Portland Trail Blazers 101-93 Thursday night in Portland. Denver will return home Saturday night as they host the Charlotte Bobcats at the Pepsi Center. The Nuggets currently sit at 14-13 on the year.
