The Numbers Don’t Lie
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) In 2012 alone, 43 Kansas teens died in traffic accidents and 74 percent were not wearing their seatbelt. To help save lives Dodge City Police have announced an enforcement campaign around area schools February 24 to March 7th. Deputy Chief Drew Francis believes they’re making a difference.
Francis says seatbelt use is one of several things they will be looking for.
Garden City Police have announced a similar enforcement campaign.
