Ninety-One Year Old Accident Victim Passes
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police confirm that 91 year old bicyclist Castulo Rosas Wednesday died from injuries she sustain in an accident last Sunday on the 300 block of West Buffalo Jones. Rosas was transported to Via Christi Medical Center in Wichita immediately after the accident.
Chief James Hawkins has been told by officers on scene that they believe 60 year old Noe Lopez was distracted while driving which resulted in the wreck with Rosas. The investigation continues. No other information is being released at this time.
