Next Hearing is Set For Cannabis Advocate Shona Banda
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Leading medical marijuana and cannabis advocate Shona Banda was in court Monday. District Judge Wendell Wurst set Banda’s preliminary hearing for November 16th. It is important to note that Banda won’t have to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute or child endangerment until an arraignment which would not be held until after a preliminary hearing.
