Next Court Hearing Set for Accused Murderer Wiseman
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The man accused of first degree murder in the shooting death of 32 year old Jeremy Pascascio outside the Dillon’s East in Garden City last Saturday had his court appearance on video monitor. Judge Ricklin Pierce kept bond at nine hundred thousand for Loren Wiseman of Wichita.
Wiseman’s next court hearing is Tuesday, January 12th at 3pm in the Finney County Courthouse. District Judge Michael Quint will precide over the case. If convicted the maximum penalty is life in prison.
