(westernkansasnews.com) The first battle has been settled determining the equity component of funding K-12 education in the state.  Now the question is how much more will it take to solve adequacy?  With an enrollment increase of almost 20-thousand more students since 2009,  Garden City Superintendent Doctor Steve Karlin says it would take a significant amount to make things whole.

Dodge City Superintendent Alan Cunningham believes not enough money is being brought in.
