‘Net Neutrality Could Have Profound Affect on Internet Access

Senator Jerry Moran wants to keep access open without the government regulating another entity and there are implications for the economy if Congress makes the wrong decision.

Moran is worried about that Congress is giving up their oversight on this issue to President Obama.
