Names released of man killed in Scott Co. and the suspect

Scott County, KS(westernkansasnews.com) The names of a Scott County man that was killed and the man that allegedly killed him have been released by the Sherriff’s office.

Rene Inguanza, 50, confronted Darryn Rodenberg, 44, at his home in rural Scott County Friday night. Inguanza accused Rodenberg of selling drugs to his son. During the confrontation Inguanza allegedly shot and killed Rodenberg.

Just after 10 p.m. Friday night deputies reported to the scene and found Inguanza in his truck less than a half mile from Rodenberg’s house. He was arrested and is due to appear in court sometime Monday.
