Murder Suspect Charged in Kinsley for Weekend Stabbing
Kinsley, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Charges have been filed in Edwards County against a Kinsley resident Jason Rae Stone for the second degree murder of a 52 year old man Daniel J. O’Brien. The charge is defined as the intentional killing of another without pre-meditation.
The complaint was filed in Edwards County District Court after an investigation into what authorities say was a a stabbing death on Saturday afternoon. Stone was arrested Saturday at his home on the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue the site of the alleged crime. The suspect is current being held on 100-thousand dollars bond.
