Murder Case Dismissed Against Wiseman For Shooting Pascascio at Dillon’s
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Last week after hearing arguments from both sides Judge Michael Quint officially dismissed a first degree murder charge against Loren Wiseman letting the man free to go. The 21 year old from Wichita claimed he felt threatened during an altercation with 32 year old Jeremy Pascacio outside Dillon’s East on December 6th. Judge Quint says that Wiseman met the criteria for justifying a stand your ground defense in the fatal shooting of Pascasio.
