Murder Charges Are Expected in Death of Infant Child

Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) On October 26th a 19 year old man called 911 saying he was en route to Southwest Medical Center because his son could not breathe.  Despite attempts to revive the child, Zaiden Spencer died.

After an autopsy was performed, results came back that the death looked suspicious.  This past Wednesday, November 2 Liberal Police arrested the child’s father and submitted their findings to the Seward County Attorney seeking charges of murder in the first degree and child abuse.
