Garden City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) On December 15, 2017, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Officers of the Garden City Police Department and the Alcohol Beverage Control conducted alcohol compliance checks of multiple businesses in Garden City. Patti’s Wine and Spirits, 1904 E Mary-Jeffery Desrochers (59) 2613 Carriage Lane, was cited for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
El Tapito, 1203 E Fulton-Rocio Castro (50) 4101 E HWY 50, was cited and released for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
