Morgan Critical of Kobach’s Proof of Citizenship Requirement
Lawrence, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Republican Secretary of State Scott Morgan is running his campaign the old fashion way.
Morgan has challenged incumbent Kris Kobach. Morgan is upset that the current system has denied some legal voters from exercising their right simply because they did not provide a birth certificate. Kobach wants to eliminate fraud by preventing non-citizens from voting. Morgan believes Kobach has created a problem that does not exist.
Morgan wants Kobach to produce evidence if he thinks fraud is a significant problem.
