Moran: Disturbing EPA Violated Law Promoting WOTUS

(westernkansasnews.com) The Inspector General reports the Environmental Protection Agency violated the law during its recent efforts to have Right of Waters regulations upheld. Senator Jerry Moran sizes up where the EPA legally went wrong.

Still despite Moran’s efforts to stop it in the latest omnibus budget bill the Congress voted for complete funding of the EPA and its regulations. The only thing preventing the new regulations from taking effect is a circuit court ruling. That decision is being appealed.
