Marion “Bob” Junior Sceals
Marion “Bob” Junior Sceals, 88, died Friday, February 17, 2017 at Trinity Manor, Dodge City.
He was born July 4, 1928 at Seward, Kansas, the son of Denver and Florence (Merritt) Sceals. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War attaining the rank of Sergeant. He was a parts man for Roto-Mix in Dodge City for over 35 years.
He was a member of Howard Gotschall VFW Post 1714 in Dodge City.
He leaves behind many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Don Sceals, and 4 sisters, Nina Steuri, Violet Childress, Rosalie White and Mary Lou Holeman.
Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Dodge, with full military honors by Howard Gotschall VFW Post 1714 and Military Honors for the State of Kansas. There will be no public visitation, cremation has taken place.
