Man From Syracuse Arrested in Sunday Shooting Incident
Syracuse, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Hamilton County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 40 year old man from Syracuse wanted in a shooting at the Sand Dunes Park around 5 Sunday morning. No injuries occurred from the incident and officers spotted a suspect 20 minutes after conducting an initial search of the area. Authorities say David Ramirez has been charged with three counts of first degree murder and eight counts for illegally discharging a firearm.
