Man From Scott City Loses Life in Accident Thursday
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The State Highway Patrol reports shortly after 3 Thursday afternoon a blown out tire caused an accident that claimed the life of a man from Scott City. 53 year old Mauricio Romero was driving a Peterbuilt truck on US 83, three miles north of Garden City when he lost control in a rollover accident and was ejected from the vehicle. Romero was not wearing a seat belt.
