Man From Dodge City To Be Tried for Murder
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A Ford County judge has ordered a man from Dodge City to be bound over for trial in the 2008 death of his girlfriends three year old daughter. Brock Cunningham is facing charges of first degree murder and child abuse.
The death of Natalie Pickle was ruled a homicide, but Cunningham wasn’t arrested until earlier this year. An autopsy shows the girl died of a severe head injury. Cunningham and his mother contend the girl had fallen a day or so before her passing. Doctors testified that Pickle’s injuries were not consistent with those resulting from a fall.
