Man Charged in September Arson Fire at Scott City Wendy’s
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 32 year old man from Scott City will face a federal charge for arson in the September 27th blaze that destroyed the Wendy’s in town. Christopher Martinez could receive up to five years in prison if convicted. Martinez is also accused of stealing 10-thousand dollars from the restaurant before the fire was set.
