Man Captured After Leading Police on Chase
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police apprehended a motorist who alluded an officer during a brief chase late Saturday night. The officer attempted to pull over the motorist near Moores Street and a chase ensued all the way to 1500 block of C Street when the driver fled on foot.
25 year old Brent Sperry was arrested without incident. He was wanted on a prior warrant for reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. The possible charge of fleeing and eluding is a felony offense.
