Man Arrested For Violating No Contact Order of His Wife
Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Kearny County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a 30 year old man who they say intentionally violated a no contact order with his wife for a prior allegation of domestic abuse. Authorities say Dewayne Barrera was released from jail Monday, but returned to his home, kicked the door in and entered the house.
Berrara’s wife and two children left the house, while Berrera himself refused to leave. Eventually, Berrera was taken back into custody for violating the protection order.
