DODGE CITY – Lorraine Faye (Stegman) Kincaid, 81, died Monday, March 19, 2018 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

She was born July 7, 1936 at Spearville, the daughter of Raymond R. and Applonia (Stegman) Stegman. She attended school at Sacred Heart Academy in Wichita and was a 1954 graduate of St. Mary of the Plains High School in Dodge City. She worked as a secretary for 30 years, which the last 29 years was with the Catholic Church offices in Dodge City, retiring in 1997.

She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City.

On October 27, 1956 she married Leland Kincaid at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Dodge City.
Survivors include: her husband of 61 years, Leland, Dodge City; her 3 sons, Jeff and wife Susan, Windsor, Colorado, Chad and wife Mary, Dodge City and Brad and wife Linda, Wichita; her brother, Larry Stegman and wife Linda, Offerle; 10 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Robert and Melvin Stegman, 3 sisters, Delores Heiland, Ann Schaapveld and twin sister, Elaine Harper, a grandson, Mike Kincaid and a great granddaughter, Aubrey McNeill.

Vigil service will be 7:00 pm Friday, March 23, 2018 at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Burial will follow in Greencrest Memorial Gardens, Dodge City. Visitation will be Friday from noon to 7:00 pm at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.
