Lorna D. Ketterling
Lorna D. Ketterling, age 75, died Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on April 10, 1940 in Bowdle, South Dakota the daughter of William and Ella Fyote Krueger. She worked as a nurses aide at St. Catherine Hospital for over 20 years.
On June 4, 1961 she married Herbert Ketterling in Bowdle, South Dakota. He survives.
Other Survivors include her Two Sons – Michael and Patricia Ketterling of Garden City, Kansas, Lance and Susan Ketterling of Garden City, Kansas, One Brother – Harley Krueger of Stockton, California, One Sister – Audrey Laschkewitsch of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Four Grandchildren – Dustin Ketterling of Garden City, Kansas, Stephanie Ketterling of Austin, Texas, Brett Tabor of Wichita, Kansas, Shelby Ketterling of Garden City, Kansas and Four Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers.
Memorial Service will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Saturday, September 19, 2015 in Garden City, Kansas at 4:00 p.m.
There will be no calling times.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to the Lorna Ketterling Memorial Fund % of Price & Son Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
