Lori Marie Truitt, 40, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Via Christie St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. She was born on August 24, 1975 in Dodge City, the daughter of Glenn and Charlynn (Brazda) Truitt.

Lori was a lifetime resident of Dodge City. She graduated from Dodge City High School in 1993. She loved her cat Tucker, cross stitch sewing, making gifts, and sending birthday and holiday cards for everyone, not just at holidays but every day. Her sense of humor, laughter, compassion, and smile brought a smile and joy to many friends and family. She always had a smart remark that made you laugh, even when she was feeling ill. Lori always brought comfort and strength to many.
