Leonard L. Green

Leonard L. Green, 71, died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at his home in Garden City. He was born July 4, 1943 at Garden City to parents Harold L. & Alice I. (Jenkins) Green. He married to Virginia Bishop on February 14, 1964 at Garden City. 

He was a member of National Rifle Association.

Leonard graduated from Lakin High School and then worked on a farm and a machine shop. In 1964 he moved to Garden City and had his own welding and fabrication shop called Brand X Service. He enjoyed hunting, gun repair, watching drag races, his coin collection and especially being involved with his Granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his Parents & 1 Brother- Robert Green.

There will be a family graveside service in Lakin Cemetery
The family will host a reception in memory of Leonard beginning at
4:00 PM on Wednesday at First Baptist Church, 1005 North 11th in Garden City
