Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Tuesday’s motivation speaker, magician and entertainer Lyndy Phillips spoke to faculty and staff during Garden City Community College’s in service day . The focus of his presentation was something we all deal with, relieving stress.

The hardest part is taking a long look at what is causing your stress.

Anger and extreme fatigue are two of the results from stress. Phillips will return to Garden City two weeks from now to make a presentation at the Farm Show.
