Latest Cancer Treatment Coming to St. Catherine

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Its the next innovation in the battle against cancer. The TrueBeam STX is coming to St. Catherine Hospital’s Heartland Cancer Center in May.

Doctor Claudia Perez-Tamayo explains that using the TrueBeam STX will offer convenience and better care for a cancer patient during radiation treatments.

Typically a cancer patient would have to go through 3-5 treatments with the TrueBeam STX. The good news sessions would take just a matter of minutes instead of hours.
