Ag and Education Focus for LaPolice’s Congressional Campaign

Colby, KS (westernkansasnews.com) In the Republican Primary Alan LaPolice’s goal is to make the case why Tim Huelskamp is not the right man to represent Western Kansas in Congress. It begins with not having Huelskamp on the Ag Committee anymore to fight regulations imposed by the Environmental Protection Agency.

LaPolice does not buy the argument that Huelskamp was kicked off the Ag for not toeing the company line.

If Ag is close to his heart, education would come a close second. Republican congressional candidate Alan LaPolice has fan education background as a former teacher and principal. He is convinced that school boards need to have the same control over key decisions that they once had.

That includes what our kids eat.

LaPolice is committed to have a national education department, but wants local school boards to determine what is best for their students.
