LaPolice Believes Running as Independent Could Benefit Him if Elected

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A lot was made during the Republican primary for Congress about Western Kansas not having representation on the House Ag Committee.  Although Independent candidate Alan LaPolice is not sure his Republican opponent Roger Marshall can get on Ag, during a stop last week in Dodge City, LaPolice mentioned his plan for getting on the committee is to pit Republicans against Democrats.

LaPolice believes there is an advantage in not lining up with a party.
