KS Supreme Court Criticized Even After Signing Off on Equity Fix For Education

(westernkansasnews.com) Schools remained open Friday after the State Supreme Court approved the legislative fix for equity funding of education.  State Senator Garrett Love of Montezuma highlights one major criticism from the resolution between the legislative and judicial branches.

Superintendent Alan Cunningham at USD 443 in Dodge City says there are taxpayers who would have their wallet shrink without the fix.
