Kobach: Its Clear President Obama Violated Constitution on Immigration

(westernkansasnews.com) A federal judge in Texas has stopped President Obama’s executive order on illegal immigration. The injunction pulls the breaks on the president’s directive allowing six million illegal immigrants to be here worry free of deportation and in some cases apply for work permits. One person working closing on this issue is Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach who applauds the decision.
