Knicks sideline Baker indefinitely with shoulder injury

New York (westernkansasnews.com)–Former Scott City Beaver and Wichita State star Ron Baker has been out indefinitely by the New York Knicks, with a right shoulder injury.

According to a tweet Wednesday morning from the New York Knicks PR twitter page: “Medical update: An MRI on Ron Baker’s right shoulder revealed a shoulder dislocation and torn labrum. He will be out indefinitely”

In his second year with the Knicks, Baker played in 29 games, averaging 2.4 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists.

Baker, an undrafted free agent in 2016, signed a two-year deal this past offseason to remain in New York.
