KDOT: Crews Gear Up For Snow
(westernkansasnews.com) As Kansas braces for a bout with Old Man Winter crews with the Kansas Department of Transportation are on stand-by as they wait for the call to clear off the roads. Ron Hall, District Maintenance Engineer with KDOT knows snow is not the only thing that makes their job difficult.
The weather forecast could make driving treacherous.
Temperatures will not help either. Tonight’s low are expected to fall near zero.
