Update on Investigation into Garden City Women’s Death
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that the car wanted in connection with a death investigation of a 20 year old woman from Garden City has been spotted and is now in the possession of authorities. KBI reports a Garden City resident called them saying the 1999 Gold Taurus belonging to Sherree Smith was in town. Smith’s body was found by a motorist outside the Cowboy Cabins in Scott City, a little more than a week ago. We will continue to follow this story as it develops.
