Kansas State Women Drop Second Straight

Las Vegas, Nev. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Kansas state lady wildcat basketball team dropped their second straight game Wednesday in an 83-60 setback to No. 22 Texas A&M in Las Vegas at the World Vision Classic Opener. Sophomore Haley Texada led the Lady Cats with 19 points. Senior Brittany Chambers came off the bench and scored 14 points. It was the first time that she hasn’t started in 102 games. Kansas State (7-2) will face fifth-ranked Notre Dame (7-1) at five today.
