Julia Helena Ensz
Julia Helena Ensz, 82, died Monday, January 11, 2016 at Bethel Home, Montezuma.
She was born May 26, 1933 in Pierceville, Kansas, the daughter of Alpha H. and Selma Carrie Unruh. A longtime Gray County resident, she was a homemaker.
On April 22, 1956 she married Cornelius (Curt) T. Ensz at Montezuma. He died May 10, 2012.
Survivors include five children: David Ensz and wife Mary Kathern, Keith Ensz and wife Camilla, Donna Koehn and husband Sanford, Terry Ensz and wife Joyce, and Kevin Ensz and wife Charlynn, all of Cimarron; sister, Darlene Unruh, Atwater, California; 25 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Curt; an infant son, Arlen; two brothers, Alpha and Melvin Unruh; one sister, Clara Loewen; 3 grandchildren, and a daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Ensz.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite, Cimarron, with Minister Dallas Koehn officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Ziegler Chapel in Cimarron, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Bethel Home, Montezuma, and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Cimarron Mennonite Church. Burial will be in the Cimarron Cemetery.
