Jose M. Hernandez
Jose M. Hernandez, 47, of Liberal, passed away on October 28, 2015 at his home in Liberal, KS.
He was born on January 1, 1968 to Manuel and Ramona (Bravo) Hernandez at Guanajuato, Mexico.
On February 23, 1991 he married Maria Pedroza at Guanajuato, Mexico. She survives.
After moving to the United States from Mexico Jose went to work for National Beef Packing Co., from which he retired from in 2011 after 16+ years. Jose enjoyed music, dancing and being with his family. He was a great man, great husband and a great father; loved by all of his family and will forever be loved & missed.
Jose is also survived by Five Daughters,-Norma Hernandez, Alexis Hernandez, Maria G. Hernandez, Jacqueline Hernandez, Joceline Hernandez all of Liberal, KS; Son, Jose M. Hernandez, Jr. of Liberal, KS; Two Granddaughters- Corina Medrano and Ramona Medrano of Liberal, KS; One Grandson- Israel Hernandez of Liberal, KS; Five Brothers- Moyses Hernandez, Lorenzo Hernandez, Hector Hernandez, Antonio Hernandez, Salomon Hernandez; Two Sisters, Martha Hernandez, Anjelica Hernandez; all of Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Thursday October 29, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Miller Mortuary.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Iglesia Bautista Hispana Church in Liberal with Pastor Bernabe Augilar officiating.
Burial will follow at the Liberal City Cemetery.
