Jon Robert Creps
Jon Robert Creps, 48, died at Southwest Medical Center on Monday, November 14, 2016.
He was born on July 23, 1968, to Robert Leon and Carol Ann (Ross) Creps in Winfield, Kansas.
Jon was a long time resident of Mosaic in Liberal. He considered the Mosaic residents and staff his family, as they were very dear to him.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, November 22, at the Mosaic Activities Center, 441 N Industrial Park Ave, with Pastor Lawrence Johnson presiding.
